All of HouseHunt, Inc.'s key personnel have strong backgrounds in the real estate industry. We know what Realtors want and consumers expect. Following are brief biographies on our all-star team:

Dr. Satoaki Omori, Chairman
Dr. Omori is the creator of the HouseHunt.com concept and co-founder and Chairman of HouseHunt, Inc. Prior to founding the company, Dr. Omori was President and CEO of TF International, Inc. (TFI), a company specializing in the development of computer software, numerical controllers, and hovercraft. A second division of TFI constructed multi-residential homes and industrial buildings. Dr. Omori was Technology Integration Manager at General Electric from 1973-84, responsible for developing broadcast and military satellites as well as improvements to jet engines for Boeing's 747 aircraft. For three years beginning in 1970, Dr. Omori was responsible for the design and development of the Space Shuttle main engine combustor for NASA at the Marshall Space Flight Center. Prior to receiving his PhD. from the University of Tokyo in 1970, he developed hybrid rocket engines and participated in the launch of the first Japanese satellite into earth orbit. Dr. Omori also attended MBA courses at the University of Cincinnati and holds a California Real Estate Brokers license (1985). Dr. Omori's background in cutting-edge technology, combined with his strong working knowledge of the real estate industry, have been instrumental in the success of HouseHunt.com.

Michael Bearden, President & CEO
An award-winning sales associate and highly successful real estate broker in his own right, Bearden spent more than 20 years in the real estate industry prior to co-founding HouseHunt.com in 1995. Bearden graduated from Missouri University in 1972 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After earning his Certified Public Accountant designation, he accepted a position with Alexander Grant & Company, subsequently moving to Touche-Ross & Company in 1974 where he rose to the position of Audit Manager. In 1978, Bearden made the move to the real estate industry, accepting the position of Marketing Manager of the Residential and Investment Divisions of CENTURY 21 Metro Group in St. Louis. Three years later, Bearden opened CENTURY 21 Bearden, as broker-owner, and Bearden Realty Consultants. In 1986, Bearden sold his business and moved to Orange County, CA, to join CENTURY 21 Beachside, one of the top CENTURY 21 firms in the nation. For more than a decade, Bearden has been consistently among the top agents in the country. He is a member of the CENTURY 21 Regional Hall of Fame, the Masters Club and a 10-time winner of the CENTURION award, representing the top three percent of all CENTURY 21 agents in the world. After becoming the first customer of HouseHunt.com in 1995, Bearden quickly realized the potential of the system. His strong real estate sales background and leadership abilities have helped pave the way for the success of the company.

Katharina Marzola, Administration & Training Manager
Marzola has held various responsible positions in the real estate and mortgage brokerage industries for the past eleven years. She is presently in charge of agent training and is executive assistant to CEO & President Mike Bearden.
